Or an awesome thing, depending on which way you look at it. I always feel super guilty buying things i don't desperately need (Food, gas for my car, soap, etc) You may have noticed from the pictures on the blog that i basically dress like a homeless person all the time. I just can't help it. I wear something until it has holes in it, and then i sew the holes, and continue to wear it until my scrappy sewing job falls apart. (Possible 2012 goal - learn to sew properly) Matt and i do pretty well, but we both have student loans, etc, so we try to be frugal. (seriously, i have to be a displaced child of the great depression, what else could it be??)

Anyways, I have known that i needed a running jacket basically since the temps dropped below 55. I looked at target, but it appears that all the running jackets have moved on to make room for spring fitness clothes. (way to make me miss spring, target) And i have spent weeks pricing, comparing, trying on, etc probably every jacket known to man, but all the while, there was one jacket in the back of my mind:

Before anyone says anything, i know that Lululemon is a cult of overpriced, glorified loungewear, but this coat is SO BEAUTIFUL. And the reviews of it give it stellar feedback. And did i mention the beauty of it? Basically, i have gone to the website every day for weeks and just looked at it. I finally caved today, and went to the store and bought it.

Deleteyou can never got wrong with a lulu jacket. i may or may not have a few myself... i also have no money in the bank, but thats another story. p.s. i ran with the monday night crew at fleet feet tonight on a whim and found a nice girl to run with so it wasn't as scary as i thought it would be

DeleteI thought about running with them some time, and maybe even bringing Matt, but i had only caught the end of her discussing it and heard the "they are hardcore on Monday" comment. Glad to hear not everyone is extreme :D
